What is it?

This is my great grandparents boat on Priest Lake in the late 1940's to early 1950's when it was purchased new in Spokane that came in on a train. Called Pal O' Mine, they had the boat for many years and I wondered WHAT IS IT? and is it still around? Most people think it's a Century because of the chrome bow piece between 16-18 feet, a modified Chris Craft sedan, or a Garwood sold by Yandt Boat Works in CDA. FYI, it is an inboard with a trolling motor and that is a very short bow.
