Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV 2026

The Big Sky Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society is pleased to announce Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV.  The event, hosted by the Lodge at Whitefish Lake, will take place on June 26-28, 2026, in Whitefish Montana.  This is the fourteenth edition of the show, which is recognized as one of the premier classic boat shows in the Pacific Northwest.  The focus of the show is on having fun using the boats on-the-water and sharing our love of classic boats with the public.

Registration will officially open January 31, 2026.  Registration packages will be sent to everyone who is receiving this email and posted on all appropriate websites on that date.  Registration is limited to 36 boats on-the-water.  As always, registration is on a first come first serve basis.  The only way to hold a spot is with a completed registration form and payment of event fees.  Registration will fill quickly so submit your registration form and payment as soon as possible after January 31.

Feel free to share this notice with others.  If you know of someone who is interested in attending the show who has not received this notice, please have them send an email to whitefishwoodyweekend@gmail.com and I will add them to the mail list before the announcement goes out on January 31st.

I look forward to seeing you all again in June.

Similar to the last two years, this year’s boat show will also welcome “Flying Boats” (seaplanes) to participate. Registration is limited to 32 boats on-water displays, 25 on-land displays and up to 5 Flying Boats. Registration is first-come, first-serve based on receipt of a completed (attached) registration form and a check covering registration and other listed fees.

Registration forms received in excess of the 32 available slips will be held in the order they were received.  If there are cancellations or more slips become available, slips will be assigned accordingly. Additionally boats can be accommodated for an on-shore display. Registration Package: Attached is the Registration Package for Payette Lakes Chapter Antique Boat Show.  Please complete the attached registration form, sign it, and send it with your check for fees to the address on the form.

The show typically sells out, however, there is a discount of $10 for the display cost if registration form is received prior to April 1, 2026.  If you are interested in attending, you are encouraged to get your registration in early. Lodging: Once again, this year our chapter is happy to announce we have partnered with DoneRight Management and Vacation Rentals for property rentals to support our out-of-town Boat Show participants/guests. DoneRight has plenty of properties available at this time. For all Boat Show participants/guests, DoneRight is offering a 10% discount on all available properties. Additionally, with the early registration banquet discount, the earlier you book a rental with DoneRight, the more properties will be available.

To view all properties please navigate their website: https://donerightmanagement.com

When reserving a property, please contact Larissa Schultz at DoneRight Management (208-634-0030 Ext. 1) and mention you are a boat show participant to receive your discount. Remember:  Your registration is not complete, and your slip is not reserved, until the completed form and a check for registration fees are received. Feel free to share this notice with others.  If you know of someone who is interested in attending the show who has not received this notice, please have them send an email to me so I can add them to the participate list.
